Need Horse Moved to New Barn in NC

Hope someone can help! Moving my horse to another barn - very short distance. The barn where she is currently boarded - they are not feeding her as they have been directed - even though I provide the extra supplements and pay for feed.

She had a severe strongoid infection - vet came out - wormed her and then put her on a daily wormer - that was almost two months ago - she still needs weight on - questioned barn manager - who reports that she is getting hay twice a day, the daily wormer, grain (I know how much she needs, positive she is not getting it), along with rice bran. I'm positive she is not getting hay and the "pasture" is down to nothing. After I offered to pay extra for a stall - and they have some available, they refuse to put her up at night. Afraid that cold weather + no warm stall / blanket and proper feeding will take a huge toll on her.

The new barn is about 15 - 20 miles away.

Looking for someone local who can move her ASAP! Call me at 828.896.9850 please!

I would suggest asking your new BO or one of the other boarders to trailer her for a fee. You certainly must know someone with a rig.

Found someone! Charging $40.00, and we live in Western NC (near Lenoir) - but I will take it.
