Need some project ideas!

Since there are some fantastically creative horse people here, I thought I'd come here for some help.

I am involved with the Saddlebred Rescue Organization, and really need some ideas.

I, like many others, am not in a position to adopt right now, nor can I donate a large sum of money. This pains me because I WANT to.

So basically, I want to help in other ways.

What I would like from you guys is some ideas on some "Cheap and Easy" projects, that SBR supporters can do that won't break them. If you know my meaning.

The goal is to raise awareness, gain potential adopters, and maybe help raise donations. The key is making it easy to the point where many people would be able to do it.

Something I came up with was notebooks. I have a notebook that has all the information regarding SBR, the adoption form, FAQs, and most importantly EVERY horse available at the time for adoption. A ten dollar project(unless you have to buy printer ink). I'm getting the finishing touches done on it and they will be available soon for the public.

Any ideas for these little projects? C'mon, I know we have some super creative minds here.

Thanks guys! I appreciate you reading!

Our saddle club has an annual horse owners workshop (HOW) Its all volunteer. We get a clincian to do a workshop and have it at a members ranch that has trails and an obsticle course. This wouldn't be an easy project but it could raise some awareness and money. You would have to find a clinitian to volunteer their time and of course a place to have it, but its a great money maker.
You could do a "dog wash" kinda like a carwash only for dogs .

Ooh, I do like the Trainer Clinic. I'll mention that on the forums. I'm sure a few trainers willing to participate could be found. No, not an easy thing to accomplish(and it would require a lot of donations) but I can see how it has the potential to do well.

That is a very good suggestion, thanks!
