I would just take my horse off their property. Screw if they had any sort of 30 days notice. That is something you just don't do. And everything else that has been going on, that just overly crossed the line.

I would print that page for evidence, or something.

I dunno who you'd contact, but contact someone!

I can't get off the property right now I don't have any receipts nor a tiem set up with the other stable to bring her there! Nor a transportation to get her there and ya it did cross the line wayyy to far!! I've stepped bac a little for the other things but THIS no no noo im not going to let her try and sell lexi from under me I mean what did she think I wouldnt notice!!!! And what would happen if she did sell say she was stolen or get loose!!

I'm sure the excuse would be extremely lame.
Maybe if you called the place up and told them your current situation, they might make an acception and tell you to bring her over. They might come pick her up if they have a truck and trailer and everything.

I would call them first thing in the morning, and demand an answer.

I think ill do that cause I don't want her sold from under me I mean I have no way to prove she's mine she has no papers and the owner hasnt written up the reciept which now idk if she will!!!! So she could get away with this!! And stupidly I paid in cash! Ill try and talk to the new place if she's not busy m just scared they can get away with taking my lexi away from me!!!
