Honestly I would be checking out other barns. I am sure there are much better barns then that one especially with drainage issues and wet bedding. I bet the bugs are nasty with all that wet ground.
I don't know about the contract you have but in mine I cannot change feed without 2 week notice. I consult my boarders on any changes that are being made. The horses are my top priority but so it the care of my boarders.
Go check out other barns you find one make sure you give the barn your at 30 day notice of the move when your ready.
Good luck! TRR

To help with the thrust you could use dry cow it really works just put it in the area were the thrust is in the middle of the frog and that should help as for every thing else some time the barn owner forgets who is paying the bill

'd switch barns if there are so many problems why stay and put up with it? Take other people with maybe she'll realize she actually has to do her job. I find it odd that she does'nt have time to muck her own stalls or feed the horses and HER animals but has time to turn out a horse that doesn't need to be turned out. If you don't switch then try putting a note on the door of your horses stall saying "NO TURNOUT!" in big bright letters

What can I say? She's weird. And I'm not even sure it's physically, actually her letting him out. She could just be telling whoever's feeding or whatever to let horses out. I had done a treatment for my gelding's thrush and then wrapped his foot overnight (this was just a couple weeks ago) and then made an extra trip out there the next day only to find him covered in mud once again and the wrap nowhere to be seen. I texted her about it and she said once again she "forgot" and that his foot wasn't wrapped when she let him out. Well I checked every inch of his stall and it wasn't in there, so it didn't just fall off. So 1) she either didn't even bother to look at him at all as she put him out and it got ripped off in the pasture or 2) someone went into his stall and actually took it off for whatever reason. Both are equally bad for different reasons in my opinion. And part of me thinks she's just lying and covering for her boyfriend. He likes to walk around the place acting like he owns it, and have also caught him taking my gelding on a trail ride without permission. No one is supposed to ride my gelding. But she just treats every horse in the barn as her's to use for lessons, trails, whatever.

Green Broke
If I found someone riding my horse without my express permission, my horse would be GONE within 24 hours.

The BO where I board has permission to ride my horse whenever she'd like (she was my trainer, she's since moved me up to work with her trainer) and she calls each and every time, even though she knows I am fine with it. Just a hey, I or so and so (she has several friends that also have permission) is going to hop on, anything we should be aware of or you need worked on?
