New Additions

A friend of ours contacted us Monday afternoon about someone they knew who does rescue for horses. Said they have 2 that were ready to go to new homes to make room for some that were waiting to come in. One is a 3 year old lineback dun(Sugar) and the other is a 6 year old QH gelding(BooBoo). They have transitioned very well with Jems after Jems got over her zealous start..

Here is Sugar

And here is BooBoo

They called me again last night and asked if we were willing to take a Welch pony in as well. Apparently they rehomed it a week ago and the woman ended up giving it away the same day she got it. They found it at an animal shelter in the next town over and were able to get it back home. This pony needs iron supplement in with it's feed and I haven't researched this need before so I'm not sure what effects that will have nor or later.

BTW, Sugar and BooBoo are really mild tempermental horses.
