    Smile New horse, Name help!

I just got this guy last weekend and he's currently nameless! I think his previous owner called him "Buck", I however don't feel as though it fits him. His personality is really sweet and mellow. I find myself liking names with a western vibe but I'm definitely open to other suggestions too! (Sorry if this isn't the appropriate place to post this, but it seemed like the best option)

AAAh my friend has a cutting horse that looks just like him...they named him Baxter. He looks kinda like a Sarge to me though.

    Welcome Brittney.

What a pretty boy you've got there and such a kind face. To me, he looks like these names might fit him ...

Thanks so much for all the suggestions! Keep 'em coming! :) Some of the ones I've come up with are

Badger - I like this name but I feel iffy about naming him that since his colors don't resemble a badger although he does badger me to pet him! :o)

I'm sure that if I can't decide on a name soon one will come to me eventually come to me after spending more time with him but for now I'm really enjoying all of the suggestions! Thanks again! :)

I think Badger would fit him. He looks like a get up and go kinda guy so Ranger or Dually (which you already mentioned) sound good too! Haha

Western themed names, huh? Well there's:

Rambo (not really western, but who gives)
    Duke (Dukes of Hazard)
    Bonanza (after the TV show)
    Durango (like the boot brand)
    Rio (meaning "river")
Rustler (kinda makes me think of " husslers shooting eight ball throwin' darts at the wall")

You've got yourself a beautiful horse there and good luck in picking the right name that suits him best!
