Hi guys! I just bought him a couple days ago. He's a 15.2hh, 2 year old Thoroughbred. We came up with the show name Small Town Favorite. But for some reason we can't come up with any suitable barn names! He's a sweetheart, rescued from a horse mill :(. As you can tell he needs weight, but he'll be back on track in no time. His mom's 17.2hh and his dad is 16.2hh . He's going to be big and we want a fitting name. Also, we like the country / southern theme. So if you can incorporate that into it, that would be great! :)

How about Bryson... or Bryce.... he seems elegant enough for either one?

Bryson is really cute! i'm not 100% sure yet but i'm really caught up on Bryar. He's very, very calm and sweet. He kind of gives off that old soul kind of vibe. I feel like Bryar matches that. Maybe it's just me, but it seems perfect! I'm really excited to bring him home!

Awe thanks so much!! I've owned 5 bays and leased 2. So it's so cool for me to have a chestnut, weird huh? lol . But it is spelled Bentley. I think i'm gunna go withh Bryar . :) I really love it and it seems to fit his personality perfectly. I've known a lot of people who have owned chestnuts & ugh, dreading all the skin allergies..

Bryar is a great name.

Skin allergies? I've never known a chestnut to be prone to allergies.

i've known at least 3 to have allergic reactions to fly sprays and flies. chesnuts have thinner skin and as a result are more sensitive.
