New horse-related TV series!

There's going to be a new, horse-themed TV show on the air! The show will be a 1-hour family drama, but the family in question owns and operates an equestrian center that is mostly H/J. It's based on the book Blaze of Glory

The production company is called Equestrian Universe, and they plan to make the series very realistic in its portrayal of horses and the world of showing. Let's hope they find some actors who can actually ride...

What channel, when is it airing!

Unfortunately it's not that close to being on the air yet, but I'll keep you posted :)

If its going to be realistic then they should be showing individuals that enter shows which can and cannot ride. ;)

Lol I guess that's true!! But hopefully the main characters, at least, will be believable as riders.

That would be really cool. I only hope that they don't do that Hollywood hokey junk of always having the horses whinnying and snorting in the background all the time. Hollywood makes it sound as if all a horse does all day is stand around making vocal noises, kind of irritates me.

Ohh that annoys me too Cinny! Every show that has a horse, makes it whinny and neigh...and it's so annoying haha!

Yes!! In fact, it looks like it's going to be shot in Canada (though that's not for sure yet, it's in the development stages).

And yeah, I get annoyed by all that whinnying too :)
