    New ponies.

Well we went to the Lerwick pony sales today, the prices are worse then ever because there where very few dealers which is a good thing, we went to the sales solely to buy one pony only as a companion for my stallion as the other boys are really rough with him but ended up bringing two home, one the lovely yearling filly I helped tame down for my neighbour as can be seen in my thread in the training forum taming down a pony, we don't need Dinky but she was going to a dealer other wise and I got no say in it as I was in the ring showing her, but she is lovely and really friendly but will bring her on a few years and sell her on, the other is a lovely colt foal Bydance Picasso, won champion foal at a big show and then won his class at the sale show.

So with out further ado here are the two new additions to our herd.
    Bydance Picasso

    Brattibreck Dinky

    Two cute little bums

Oh and Picasso still needs a shorter pet name.

Thank you I really love Picasso so glad he doesn't need much done with him as I have a few that need a lot of work.

Thank you guys, I could have come home with a trailer load of them as the prices where by far the worse they have ever been so many ponies not sold poor thinks the highest price was a colt foal at just 300 guineas (a guinea is 1.05), P.S this sale is an anuel one of just pedigree shetland ponies and for the last five years the prices have been signifacantly getting worse.
