New to riding

Hi guys,
Where would you recommend me purchasing equestrian products? I am looking for both English and Western style riding products.

Also, is it a better idea to buy in-store v. internet b/c you have the ability to see the product in real life v. a picture?

Thanks

SmartPak has amazing costumer service, and I highly recommend them. They have a great selection of products, and, as aforementioned, their customer service is outstanding. :)
