New Website I made, and new Equestrian Center! 
. Just down the street from me a friend has a nice horse property and doesn't know what to do with it. She's letting me lease it for a very reasonable price, and my DH and I are going to fix it up and turn it in to a boarding, training, and show/event facility! It's not big, but it's perfect for many of the events we have here in Arkansas. The barn is GREAT, with big stalls, hook ups for automatic waterers (NOT something you see around here! Lol), mats (we'll need to buy some new mats), an air conditioned office/lounge, hot water for the wash rack, big fans at each end for good ventilation, etc. The arena is BIG with lights, good pastures, two paddocks plus room for more, and there is another small barn we can use for our horses and the lesson horses. We'll be putting in a wood fenced round pen eventually.The best thing of all though is the LOCATION! We're on the west side of Little Rock (Arkansas), only 0.5 mile from a main highway (hwy 10 for anyone in the area), and very close to some rich neighborhoods. The only other boarding facilities near us are 20-30 minutes FARTHER away from the city, or one that is very "H/J" and expensive (and hard to get to).
The place needs some work though, so we have at least a month or two before we'll be ready for boarders and events, and a couple more months after that until the place is all the way "done."
