I found HorseForum through google because I was looking for a nice forum about horses and frankly, all the Dutch ones suck

    I like the atmosphere =) 8)

Well yeah, I am Dutch :P Otherwise I wouldn't search for a Dutch forum would I? I moved to France when I was 12.

Well I found by googling "horse forum" haha.
I used to belong to another horse forum webstie, but I left due to REALLY rude responces I got to some questions I asked...usually I can take rude comments and just brush them aside, but those comments were REALLY rude.
So I told them I'm leaving and found this place.
I'm really loving this forum! Everyone seems really nice and pleasant. Not really anything that I dislike too much....just the lack of smilies haha

Lol. I found it from Googling to I believe. Some forums do seem very rude. And if they don't care about what you have to say they don't reply. I've gotten that a lot on other forums. But not HorseForum. I've realized that this forum isn't just a community or a place where people talk. We are generally and Equestrian Family of horse lovers! Hehe. 8)

Ha ha some forums are rude, and some forums are very naive!! I mean, it's nice to have nice people, but for goodness sakes, some of the "your horse is pretty!" comments about a malconformed horse make me grimace.
I like the fact that members aren't afraid to say "that horse is no good" or "don't breed that mare/stallion, she/he has a fault that won't improve the breed" while keeping it civil (for the most part!)

Totally. I don't think I have ever said anything mean about someone's horse....but if they ask for an opinion I try my hardest to keep it positive yet affective if that makes sense.

Thus far it seems nice that it appears to have more adults than the other forums that I am registered at which have nothing buy teenage children..
