oh people annoy me * rant*

So this is mainly to just let off steam. Last year I sold my appendix mare to a girl at my barn, $1,500 under what I was asking and cold have gotten. Because I wanted her to have a good horse. She wanted a barrel horse, girl also rides english, and wanted to start barrel racing. Mare was trained to do hunt seat, I trained her under the instruction of a trainer. Mare frames up, we placed well both times we showed. Even With her not picking up correct leads at first. Also started mare on barrels she was a nice barrel horse, ran 3rd Division with only a few months training and never being pushed. For a big horse 16 hh she could turn. But I bought a 1D gelding and sold her.
Girl never placed in barrels even though I helped her all the time. She gave up on them and went back to english. So ok, that's fine I seen mare her head in the air so I told her how to frame her up
We took lessons from the same person, I just took more. Though she's been riding english longer. Well mare still has her head in air, she's underweight, they haven't had hay in like 3 weeks. And on her blog she goes on about their new found bond, how mare comes right up to her in pasture and how she'll. Story and back with just a voice command and sitting slightly back. The mare was always easy to catch, and would stop with a loose rein and back a mile. I know I can't do anything. About it it Just makes me sick. Especially. How skinny she is and having no hay. Horse is in a stall btw. Ok sorry for all typos on a phone. Just ranting to anyone that will listen
