Red face The One Thing I Hate.....

...About my Gelding and his Paddock girlfriend is that they are absolutely smitten!!! If you take one away they will talk and talk and talk. The minute you bring one of them back they are talking and "smooching". The funny thing about it is that they both actually work better on the ground and in saddle when the other is in sight! Its just crazy and I thought I would share.

Awh! That's too cute. My mare is like that with another mare in her paddock. Its cute when they 'smooch' eachother, but I think my mare gets kind of annoyed when the other mare calls out ALL THE TIME! Even when they can see eachother.

And when im at a show with my mare, I feel bad for anyone in the barn who has to listen to her crys. Hehe

Oh god xD My youngest gelding is like that! You take out Loki, his older half brother, and he calls and calls. Then you bring Loki back in and he rushes to his side and busily applies glue to permenately attached himself there.

Then, if you take him out of the paddock and leave Loki...he doesn't go away! HE HOVERS LIKE MAD. Same if I take Loki out to bathe/groom, Red with hover around the gate like a pest.

Loki wanders off when you let him out. Not Red. Oh no. Loki MUST-BE-IN-SIGHT-AT-ALL-TIMES. O______________o

Wait! I'll fix it....

Lol I know!!! Yes it does make life worth living but...its cute at first kinda like seeing a newly married couple you're like aww they're so happy...then after awhile of the pet names and whatnot you wonder if they'll ever shut up! Lol.
