one year together: what can i do with him?

Basically, In a few weeks it will be one year since I brought Lopez home and first called him mine. I'm super excited! But anyways, I was wondering if you guys had any ideas of what I can do with him on the day? It's a school day so I'll have one or two hours max. I was thinking of just basically hanging out, giving him a special treat and what not but do you have any ideas of what else I can do with him?

Do you have any special treats or things you give your horses?

For treats I once made oat, mollases and carrot, apple brownies. The first go I tried to cook them. Well er....i sort of almost burnt the house down so now I freze them but defrost them a wincy bit so there not rock. They all seem to love them. (i also add a little bit of flour to help it stick together)
