Only For People Who Dont Have A Horse- Saving Up For One

SO I want to hear from all of you horse people who do not have horses... Are you saving up for one? How much.. My parents are really strict and not horse people at all. My mom had horses when she was a kid but I don't get why she isnt in love with them. I have to save 4000 big dollars! And its not the price of the horse. My mom is making me pay fora year of boarding ( probably because she doesnt think I can) but how do you guys save up your money? I I have 520 dollars. I need to babysit more. I babysit ... not very much. Ill get right on that. I've even sold some stuff like my old ipod, cd's video games exc. Like on craigs list.. how about you?

You earn money on the internet!? I want details!

It actually is really easy to save... just don't buy anything. It will be even easier for you since you don't need to get groceries or pay for a mortgage or a car.

I have no idea how old you are, but try getting a part time job at domino's or something. I worked there while I was in high school and for a while it paid my horse bills. You could also try to work for some barns in your area, network and get to know more horse people, if they grow to like you, they may offer you reduced boarding rates.

There really is no fast legal way to get cash, just takes patience and hard work. The good news is, the harder and smarter you work, the faster you can bring in the cash.

Now definitely post the details of the internet money kathryn! I want internet money

I'm trying to find a new job so that I will be able to afford board, etc. Buying the horse isn't the part I'm worried about, it's the upkeep. With my current job there's no way I'd be able to afford it, but I am definitely trying to find a new one so that I will be able to have a horse. :)

I don't have a horse right now(I call my old horse that I sold to my cousins husband mine because I ride her weekly and still take care of her alot). The filly I'm currently looking at cost $500 and I'm going to pay for a lil over half of her, the rest is my b-day present. I work my board off and my mom and dad usually pay for vet and farrier because they say horses keep me outta trouble. I raised money by selling old horse stuff I don't need anymore, working on different farms last summer during hay season, saved up every cent I got, sold random stuff I had laying around, pretty much doing anything for a buck. =) Good Luck!

To see the wind's power, the rain's cleansing, and the sun's radiant life, one need only to look at the horse.
