Opinions on Halfingers

Hey guys just wondering whats your opinion on haflingers? I've heard some people groan when they hear about them :( idk why! I've ridden a haflinger mare. she was so stubborn and fiesty. I loved her! She was awesome!

Do all halfingers have that same get up and go attitude? Just wondering. Do some make good beginners horses? Please let me know your opinions. Thanks!

The ones I've known are hard headed, but they're like a jack of all trades. Good on the flat, good for jumping, great for children, great on trails, apparently good in cross country. They're small enough that you feel secure but big enough that they eat up long legs.

I LOVE them.
