Paddock Boots?

My horse is coming to the new paddock in a few days and there is my mums horse and 3 other horses in the paddock with him and once my horse is down and we let her go there going to charge around and tear up the paddock, but I was just wondering if paddock boots would protect my horses legs while she motors round like a complete noodle? As there is bound to be some squeels and hissy fits over the other mare in the paddock, does anyone have advice on these "Paddock Boots"?

I prefer not to use them. Unless she's very accident prone and you show her at a high level where scars are frowned upon, I wouldn't bother. They can cause far more harm than good. Overheat tendons, slip causing pressure sores, getting hooked up, things catch in them and you'll have a horse with sticks and prickles in it's boots.
Personally I'd rather deal with a few scrapes and bumps than worry about paddock boots.
