I don't have an issue with people not liking certain breeds, whatever their reasoning is, however, I do find it rude to push their opinion, or constantly bring up negatives to owners of the breed they happen not to like.
I'm in QH country, I ride on a drill team where the majority dislike apps and arabians. Personally I ride what I like, their opinions don't affect me, I happen to like a Paint! Although I was very close to buying an arabian (that I would have proudly ridden on the team), but he was sold before I could get things worked out. I do own an arabian, well I bought one for my nephew, and she's a wonderful little mare! And I did have one team member make some comments, I took them as just picking, all in good fun and wasn't the least bit offended.
I was suprised to see a new team member on a big palomino appaloosa! So far I have not heard any negatives said to, or about him (although there was some app bashing at a meeting we had before this guy joined). However, when I rode with them previously (several years ago, different people) we had a guy join with an appy, and they had nothing but negatives, in this case the horse was a kicker and not really suitable for the team, the guy ended up getting a QH (imagine that). I was a kid at the time, and don't know how realistic my view was, but I'd say he was close to bullied into trading in his app for a QH.
Well that was rambly, I guess my point, nothing wrong with loving, or even hating a breed, but don't try to shove your opinions down anyone else's throats, and don't badger someone because they happen to own and/or love a breed you do not.
