Hey guys, Is there anyone on here that could photoshop a photo for me?

Could anyone take out the person, lead rope and and clean up the background?

Aww! I wish I could, but I haven't masterd taking things out of photos when there is so much stuff in the background (the chairs) maybe when I get off work and get this messy house cleaned up I'll load it up and play and see what I get, but I probably won't be able to :( It's beyond my experience hehe.
