    Tonights lesson was posting. It was harder than I thought, but when I got it, it felt AWSOME! Managed to keep in it for 3/4 of the way around the arena at one point. Holy Moly, my abs are already killing me!!!

    Just wait till you get to posting trot, sitting trot, and jumping without stirrups. That's painful and fun.

    I ride western, so no jumping for this chicka. Sitting trot sucks & posting trot was what I was working on tonight

    Silly goose, I meant all of the above with no stirrups. So good for gaining strength.

    Hahaha I hear ya!!! Personally, I love it... Although I used to post from the stirrups, I now post from my lower leg/thigh, which is a LOT harder!
