Question for Health Gurus

Does anyone have a general idea of how many calories you burn while riding at a posting trot?

Sorry farmpony. Someone keeps taking my carrots too. Darn I was hoping it was more calories than that. Poor Cliff is going to be dead tired before I even burn off breakfast, lol.

You guys are really dedicated! How the heck did you manage to get those numbers? I go to the gym then add riding in there. Curious to know what I end up burning off.

I go to and I plug in everything I eat everyday and I plug in my excersizes... they even have one for general farm work (which I'm using for my 5 stalls I clean everyday)...

Poor T and Walka. Looks like we'll be doing a lot more trotting to help me lighten the load!
