I would also love some rain down at the barn. Everything is brown and there's no grass for the horses. =( It's just so dry...

Seems like either we have too much rain or not enough of it! :P

Though a little rain would have seemed nice, it has been raining
For days, the horses are literally standing in inches of deep mud
Which is bad for their feet and my mom's house leaks...so
I don't feel thankful at the moment, more like depressed. :(

But rain is good for sleeping! :)

We have record breaking amounts of rain in eastern Ontario too, this summer. It was nearly impossible to get out hay made. It rained every single day for 3 weeks. The horses were miserable in their mud hole.
It finally cleared out this past weekend, thank god. I hope you'll dry up soon too Small Town Girl.

Everyone who has RAIN please please send it our way!!!!! WE need it bad. We haven't cut our grass since June either & the pastures are looking terrible, horses feet are looking worse, the crops are a mess.. poor farmers.
