Re-waterproofing blankets?

So I thought te-waterproofing a blanket involved his huge long process but I guess all you do is spray waterproofing spray on it?

Do you spray it on the top of the blanket or on the underneath that lays on the horse?

On top, OUTSIDE that is very important lol. Make sure it dries completely before using. I would wait at least 48 hours.

Follow the manufacturers suggestions. If you goof it up - you have no recourse.
