It really is a small world....

Absolutely surprised to receive an email. Someone who had seen my website and specifically Lady wrote me to let me know that they own her 2006 colt. I had to give up this colt in difficult times and was so glad to receive some news. He was out of a saddlebred and a beautiful palomino. He was suppose to be registered but some underhandedness by the seller left me with an irate stallion owner .
I had everything done except for another $100 to the stallion owner and he was set. Gave all the paperwork and everything... but still the person didn't follow through even though they assured me they would. *sigh*
Just goes to show how little control you have after they leave your hands. Well good news is he's doing great. Here's a couple baby pics with the recent pic his owners sent. I had named him Keymand Victory aka Vic but he is now called Trigger.

Yep, Lady knows how to throw them... here is a pic of her first filly Infinite Sunshine... http://summerrainstables.com/images/...nshine%202.jpg

That was before me. I was really happy to see he is looking good though disappointed that he hadn't been registered. Not that it makes him better but does give him a better chance in life.

That's so awesome! Glad to know one of your babies has a great home and is doing well. :)

I had a similar experience. I met this girl who lived two hours from me when I was thinking about buying a filly she had. I ended up getting a filly from CA instead. A month later, I find out that the girl had just bought my girl's dam from a completely different person from who I bought Lily from! Lol As we're thinking about using her stud at some point in time, I hope that maybe Lily will get to see her mama when she's there. :)

Thats awesome!!! It really is a small world! So glad that you got to see how he matured. I write to the woman that raised Rodeo, until I got him, quite frequently, and she loves it!
