    There are actually horse messagers and horse chiropractors who perform services just like people get, except they are skilled/trained in horse physiology.
    We have never used one, but I know people who say they can do wonders for chronic pain related problems.

    I had a chiropractor check out my horse before I bought her, he checked her out and fixed her up for $70 Aus so about 50-60 US. I don't buy the psychic stuff really, you just need a good knowledge of horse psychology and physiology.
