Recommended vacation riding near San Francisco?

Hi everyone! My husband and I are planning our yearly anniversary/joint birthday trip to the San Francisco Bay area this fall (late September to October) and I am lobbying for some kind of horsey doings because I'm pretty sure I'll be in withdrawal in just a few days. So, can anyone recommend a place to take a trail ride (prefereably near the beach) nearish to SF? BTW, hubby can ride, but is definitely more of a beginner...

Seahorse Ranch in Half Moon Bay is nice. You ride on the beach, english or western. The outdoors club at my school sponsors trips there every year.

Thank you very much! I just looked it up, and that's almost exactly what I was looking for. And the pricing is reasonable too. Yay beach riding for this Arizona girl!! Woot!
