I'm just now seeing this thread. I read about his injury, but not this part.

Just wanted to say hang in there MIEventer! Big kudos to you for sticking by his side through thick and thin! So many riders would have the "he might not be of use to me anymore, get rid of him" attitude. Not you, and I admire that.

I hope everything keeps going well for you two!

Thanks MyBeau! I appreciate that. Nelson's my Super Hero, I value his life and who he is. I can't just pass him on, I just can't do that.
