Ridin' Fences, Countin' Cattle, Checkin' in with the Home Ra
This is my life, horseback, with my good partner, Mont Sharafa (a walking wonder of an American Foundation Arabian mare), keeping up by cell phone with my daughter who's watching the mares due to foal at the home ranch, checking on the momma cows and calves on one of our ranches. Life doesn't get any better than this.
Heaven on Earth!!
Ride an American Foundation Arabian Horse - the Original ATV's
We have been so very busy this summer with halter training foals, riding and repairing fences, working the cattle, getting ready for our cattle sale this weekend, keeping the abundant grass cut around the ranch yards (thank Heaven for a nice rainy season), baling hay and getting it in the barn. It's just been crazy busy.
But we've had time to ride and that makes it all worthwhile. Some fun family moments to share with you - us, our kids, grandkids and, of course, American Foundation Arabian mares - the finest ride!

Waiting on instructions from the Big Boss, Sandarac Rainy - another one of our Early American Foundation Arabian mares at the Hilltop Pasture of Triple Cross Ranch

What's Happenin'? Some of the Triple Cross cows come close to say hello.
