I had to laugh at the safety belt thing. My friend has a sometimes unpredictable 17yo quarab gelding and first time we went on a ride together, we were joking that we feel like we need to snap on safety/seat belts when we climb in the saddle.

Hmmmm...I'll call it on the high volume whoa..:)..that is more likely to scare the living bejeezum out of a horse. Take a look at any horse who hears a show arena loudspeaker for the first time :)
