Riding Horses For Money?

So, how much would one charge to ride horses for a lager ranch? I'm just curious to find out.

Are there people out there that still do that? I mean now with the automatic exercisers and such?

I used to exercise horses for folks...I'd charge $35 per session for grooming, tacking, riding, and cooling out/etc.

That was about 5 years ago. I would charge $40-$45 for the same thing today.

I know some one who pays $25/horse. He has about 80. So 5-7 horses a day.....about $625/week....no benifits....he will let you live in his barn

I charge $25/ride to train a horse... if I were just doing exercise riding, I might lower it to $20/ride. Of course gas on top of that if it's outside a certain driving limit of me.
