Riding Program.. Ideas PLEASE

Hi a local established boarding facility has asked me to work them to develop and youth riding program. I have done camps, 4H, and regular group and private lessons. I am hoping for ideas!! I would love to help them develop this program and be the premeir place for people to take their kids to learn. Anys suggestions welcome please!!

A good string of lesson ponies and knowledgable instructors is a first.
I always thought summer camps were fun -- Community settings.
What ideas do you have so far? It sounds like you have quite a bit of experience doing this type of thing?

I have been doing camps for them all summer and have had a 4H program on my own but we had such a successful summer of camps they have asked me to expand my program and add year round activities. They had a main lesson person that has moved to another barn so that opens up all the opportunties for me to develop this and I just want to do it RIGHT. I have a good bunch of horses that we used for camps. I have a couple of instructors that helped with my camps but I may need to add more. I can't myself do most of the actual lessons, I have 3 small kids, but I in the past of given tons of lessons and know what to look for in a good instructor.
