    Thanks M2G for the article.
    As horrible as I think it is, I really feel more sorry then the horse then the rider during a fall. The rider is the one making the choice to go out there, whereas the horse obviously can't speak for itself.
    That's also horrible about The Quiet Man.

    What a terrible sport. I cannot understand even with the passion of horses and the sport, how can one go thru a test for a ribbon knowing far well that you are risking your life. Knowing that you may never come out alive. Is it really worth the title??
