I don't think it's applicable in competitions like that.
I simply do not think there is such a thing at all. There are bad, good, and excellent. There are no "best" as everyone has own method and approach to the horse (and speed like in this competition has nothing to do with it).
Frank, I think it's hilarious! "didn't win because picked the most difficult horse" bahahahahahaha! I wonder if he himself gave any explanation... And BTW, I'd laugh on that excuse for any
trainer (be it PP, CA, CC, Cameron, etc...)
