Say what?

So, like, two years ago I was communicating via three or four emails about a Warlander for sale with a young trainer trying to start up her own biz. I didn't buy the horse. And that was it, nothing more. Apparently I wound up on her bulk address list, 'cuz today I got this email...

"Hello,
How are you doing ? Sorry I didn't inform you about my traveling to London for a program, I'm presently in London and am having some little difficulties here because I misplaced my wallet on my way to the hotel where my money,and other valuable things were kept.I will like you to assist me with a soft loan urgently with the sum of (800GBP) to sort-out my hotel bills and to get me back home. I will appreciate whatever you can afford to assist me with, I'll Refund the money back to you as soon as I return,let me know if you can be of any help?

I don't even know this lady?! But let me get right on that for yah. If she's sending this to buisness contacts...makes me wonder how legit she is, seriously.

Is sounds like one of those email scams. She probably got hacked and one of those career scammers is using her account and address book.
