    Scary but lucky

Yesterday I went riding in a neighbors field, trying to do some slow work there because Bunny thinks an open field is a racetrack.
Well, there happened to be a very shiny piece of plastic, and the sun was shining just so and it scared the living crap out of my already rushing pony. I am fairly sure I went about 10 feet off of her into the air, but somehow or another I landed right back in the saddle and got my stirrups back.

I was great-full but at the same time her poor back! I must've landed hard.

She didn't purposefully try to throw me from the way it felt, just the way she spooked I guess. She settled down after that though and all was well. :b

Though her logic in what is scary is ridiculous. We had previously ridden past a bunch of snarling dogs trying to nip at her legs and she just kept walking like there was nothing even there.

I been lucky like that..and unlucky way more.seems when one decides its time to unload me it generally does.the days of me riding anything that had four legs is way past. Back when I was young I use to bounce when I hit the ground..now..no bouncing happening..just pain..stars. And some one swearing alot..lol..
