Schedule and training plan

Okay so here goes.

Some of you might have seen my thread about how to manage everything well here is my plan or schedule for after school

Have dinner
Do horses
Do homework
Have some more food
Go on computer if I have time

Then here is my training schedule for Phoebe

Monday: Trek
Tuesday: Lunge
Wednesday: Trek
Thursday: Walker
Friday: Showjumping
Saturday: Trek
Sunday: Flatwork

This is my way of getting organized. Hopefully I can stick to it.
So what do you think of the plans?

If it was me I would add a day off, but that's just me and I know nothing about your horse/competitions comming up etc etc.

By trek do you mean trail ride?

Also, again just personal opinion, I would be doing flatwork 2 or 3 times a week.

But if it works for you and your horse then go for it, what kind of riding do you do?

Yes trek would be the same as a trail ride on one or two of my trail rides I go into fields that the owners have allowed me in and do a bit of flatwork as well to get it in some more and the trek on saturdays are mostly just walking treks or walking out in hand or a day off because of friday being showjumping competition I mainly just do showjumping but I am trying to get into dressage aswell

Its hard to say over the internet as only you know your horse well. Try it out and see how she goes. Do you have a trainer? Talk to him/her about it too.
If every friday is a jump comp, you might want to pick a day other than friday for practice.
I'd try to be flexible with training schedules, and take into account each day. For example, tuesday you might plan to jump, but depending on how the horse is you may need to work on flatwork..
Good luck :)
