Question Science Fair Project

Hi y'all! I am looking for an idea for my science fair project. I would like it to incorporate horses. I have quite a few horses that I can test on. I have a 7yo QH, a Clydesdale in her 20s, 2 mini donkeys, 1 mini horse, 2 belgians, and 1 belgian cross. I might be able to test 2 morgans and another QH if the owner lets me. Please no ideas that change their diet or anything. If it involves jumping, there are only about like 2 or three of the horses that I can test.
Anything Helps! Thanks!

All I could think of involved food, sorry. Here is an article about the study. I thought it had interesting results.
