I read that at first and got very confused, but don't worry I got it now Playboy=horse
I think it's up to the seller and how much they care. If they really care about the horse they will go to all lengths, but if they regard the horse as another mouth to feed then they probably only care for the check that is to come.
I think a responsible seller SHOULD at least
ask questions about the potential owner's experience, ways of care, and what he/she will be doing with the horse. If the seller wants to ensure a good home they can go see the potential new home and declare a 30-day buy-back period and check up on the new owner periodically to be sure it is a good home.
Overall it's the seller's decision really
