That must have been one heck of a horse, or you must have one heck of a market! After watching people struggle to find people to buy / lease their horses it's refreshing to see one go (relatively) smoothly.

Thanks! My boss is going to get me to write up the ad for the horse she is selling, because she says, and everyone I showed it to, says it was really good, told things, but not too much info, and that it was like a professional ad (although I didn't think so).

He was a really good horse, young, but you wouldn't know it, by the way he acted. I took my last ride on him today, while showing them what he can do, and he was AMAZING! I was so happy with him, he is such a willing horse and he clicked with the girl and her dad right away. This was the 3-4th horse she has looked at in her search, and he just happened to be the right horse for her!

I will miss him, but he is in a good home now!

Yes, but actually, this is a different person then who I was originally talking about! The other girl, a 14 year old, wanted to come Monday, but this girl wanted to come today, so I let her!

Yes I am looking for another project. I do have a horse in mind though... a yearling QH filly from a rescue center. Although it is 6.5 hours away, my parents agreed to drive me there to have a look, and bring home, if I buy her. If she doesn't work out, I will be looking for another yearling. I want to get a younger one this time.

Congrats on the sale, and how much interest you had tells you a lot about what price you can expect in your market area. Sounds like you could have gone higher, but you always have to balance the price with how quickly you want to sell.

On the sixth day, God created the Quarter Horse.
On the seventh day, he Painted the good ones.
