Poor animal. Good for the firefighters and whoever else assisted with trying to get this poor thing up. Obviously had given up on life. I wish they had bigger punishments for people. That is disgusting.

Thank you for posting this. At the very end when the gentleman almost started crying, I lost it. Thank you for posting the update. It brought tears of happiness for those poor horses.
