Yup, go see your doctor or go to the hospital. It doesn't always take a rough fall. Sometimes the awkward, slow falls can do just as much or more damage.

What if you have internal bleeding, or something serious. Another vote for hospital!

Hit head = go to hospital. No brainer.

The answer to any question of "should I go to the hospital" is always YES. If you are at all wondering, you should be going.

I didn't end up going to the hosptial since it was so late, but my mum called this advice line they had and they just told her to watch me and if any sypmtoms came up again then I should defently go to hosptial. A soon as I wrote this all my head aches and everything stopped I felt fit and heathly just like I did before I fell of. I can't walk on my leg to much, it hurts alot so tommorow i'm going to get a check up. I probably should have gone straight away but oh well, im not dead yet and I can still ride!

I was only dizzy and felt sick straight after I fell, and I felt like I was going to be sick when I got home (i think that was just shock, idk) I'm going tomorrow though to see if my leg is ok, i'll ask the doc about my head too, and I didn't die when I slept that night so that is a plus! Lol

I was only slightly dizzy after my car accident, too, but I still had a concussion.
Head injuries aren't something you should generally take TOO lightly..

Yeah I know, don't worry. I know I had a concussion, but my family has survived way worse concussions than mine, with out going to the hospital. I'm going to the doctors tomorrow. I'm sure if I had a serious head injury I would have been dead by now, or had worse symptoms...idk. I'm not really worried, my mum isn't either now.

Exactly... you could be dead... why chance your life? If it was serious like you said, you would be dead. Again why take chances?
