should i go riding tomorrow or should i not?

So, I am trying to decide if I want to go to the barn tomorrow and take my horse out on trail. I am really bad in cold weather. I get cold real fast and don't do well in the cold because, normally my body will break down, like as if I fell through thin ice and my body just lost all body heat and it's been bad lately.

The weather for tomorrow is clear skies 28 degrees for the high and 11 degrees for the low with 15mph wind coming from the northwest.

I haven't really gotten my horse out, in a couple of weeks and all I want to do is really just stretch his legs and get him moving a bit. My BO says that the ring isn't iced over that bad so, I would at least be able to ride him at a walk and take him out on the trails for a walk, slight trot.

Do you think it would be worth it to go out there?
