So i'm so excited. Mustards nearly rideable again, after the massive incident with him bolting threw three electric fences and face planting over a barbed wire and getting caught in it.
Hes been healing well, and after many costs to help him heal happily and comfortably hes finally nearly ready to be ridden again. I probably wont be first person getting on him first, my friend who has more experience has offered to get on first and take any greeness out for me i suppose. Otherwise I will get on him in the tiny yard and work with him in there for a while. I think hes rideable now but we just had floods so gotta wait until it dries up abit. But I'm so excited. Pony club has started up so I'm trying to find a reasonably priced float to buy so that him and me can start our partnership in pony club in next few months. I'm so excited, i've missed riding, he's missed having something to do out of the paddock and so its going to be great. I'm sure some of you guys have had horses that have needed a break and youve been so keen to get back in the saddle? :)
