They make sure they are started well and most of us are found by word of mouth to take them on. My friend recently got a nice younger mare to work with and she loves her so far. I teased and told her that if they had an older horse that was ready to ride, to let me know. Me and my big mouth! LOL. She told me about this 5 yr old they had and I was on my way. Of course we took the trailer because it would be such a waste of gas to have to go back to get him! 
I don't know alot about arabian breeding and all the ancestry, but I know he is Polish bred and that he's got some nice names right on his papers. He was lovely to watch going around the ring and then the reins were handed over! Man what a floater he is. And such extension when he gets going. I am just thrilled to pieces. Now the fun begins. He was starting his training for Hunter/pleasure after leaving the show ring, they said. He likes to have a job and seems very willing to please. He will be 5yrs old in March.
Now to name him. He is a bay, but he has a strong dorsal stripe down his back. He has lovely action and follows me around the pasture already, lol. He'll scream out for me and come running.
His registered name is Azure BF, but I'm not calling him that. They called him Amos at the barn....I'm not calling him that either, lol.
We've come up with some ideas, but nothing that sticks out for sure as of yet...Nasir, Niko, Luka, Aero, Bashir, Sharif....are some, but I've not been able to work with him much because it has rained here a rediculous amount and it's just pure mud everywhere....
