Thumbs up Someone came to look at Gypsy!

This weekend has been crazy!... But a really nice lady and her husband came to look at Gypsy. They REALLY liked her! And Gypsy was sooo good. She wasnt crabby or mean or anything like that.
She really liked the couple to she always had a kind, soft expression when they were cuddling petting her. The lady even gave Gypsy a kiss!

She would be their first horse, she's taking western lessons 2x a week. They have a 7 yr old daughter that may use her for 4-h later down the line... They want to come back next sat. To ride her again and see if her saddle fits because I couldnt find a western saddle at the barn and they didnt have enough time because they were running late.

Does this sound like a sale? *crosses fingers*

    That's great!!
It does sound promising, though don't get your hopes up too high.
If you haven't already, I would just tell them what she can be like (don't know about you, but I would feel just awful if I sold Vega as a first horse even if she was acting all calm, I know how she acts and I just wouldn't feel right)

I hope everything works out for ya!

Oh yah, I explained how she has a lot of get up and go and that she should be free lunged, dosent need a lot of grains, she's a horse that needs a job, she's happier when being worked. She's not a slow poke...ect

I know im like 50/50 right now. In a way im happy that she might sell at full price to! But then im like oh man, you know. I think it is really going to hit me when she leaves and I have an empty stall. I will ball my eyes out...

Yah they saw how she handled a scary thing. Which was a small spook but we did well... Right as I was riding her the BO's bf was trying to put a ladder away (which goes between the gate of the arena and lockers) and she stopped dead in her tracks from the trot. I just walked her up to it and waited till he was done and that was it.

I also explained about her diet and if she isnt being worked she will look for a release of energy that can go into a spook. But I dunno they seem to really like her so I hope they come back.

Well they just e-mailed me and said she wasnt the right horse for her.... Crappy! But I asked the reasons why so I could fix them if its like that. Lol.

Im kinda bummed cause I just want to sell her but now I guess ill be hopefully boarding her at this new barn I found!
