Something I Wish I Got on Film :P

So got up this morning, as usual, to feed and turn out Willie. He was his usual whinnying self so I made up his breakfast and gave it to him, that shut him up! I went to the paddock to check his water and there were two ducks (male and female) by the tree. They have been there before, a few days ago (I think the wet weather is confusing them) and Willie didn't bother with them last time. I let him out and he trotting over to them, his head on the floor, snorting at them! He gave them a fright I think! Anyway that started him off and he was galloping about, rolling, trotting, tail bolt upright, so cute Then he eventually came to the gate where I was, don't know if he was trying to get me to join in or something! Anyway the ducks flew off (don't blame them) and he settled down to graze. And thats just one of my mornings...

aww so cute! haha at least i now know that Pumpkins not the only one how will chase ducks :)

There is one principle that should never be abandoned, namely, that the rider must first learn to control himself before he can control his horse. This is the basic, most important principle to be preserved in equitation - Alois Podhajsky
