A Song for You and Your Horse

Do you have a song for you and your horse that you like to listen to and then you think of your horse? Or one that you just like to listen to when you ride? Or one that describes your horse in some way? It may be a silly question but I think that it's kinda fun finding the perfect song.
You can have nore then one! Like mine are:
The Climb - Miley Cyrus
Butterfly Fly Away - Miley Cyrus and Billy Ray Cyrus (only the chorus)
I Am - Hilary Duff (describes Grace very well)

Anyone else??

"People have always cared me a bit, you see - they're too complicated. I suppose that's why I prefer horses." -- From the movie Separate Tables

Well the one that always makes me think of Ricky is "Inspiration" by Chicago. The lyrics are so true to me and I cry whenever I hear it.

You know our love was meant to be
the kind of love that lasts forever
And I want you here with me
from tonight until the end of time.
You should know, everywhere I go
Always on my mind, in my heart
in my soul..baby

You're the meaning in my life
you're the inspiration.
You bring feeling to my life
you're the inspiration.
Wanna have you near me
I wanna have you hear me sayin':
No one needs you more than I need you.

Sometimes I cry just reading these lyrics... remembering how much I loved him and how I'm probably never going to see him ever again. :(
There's a song for me and Dakota, too. It's more upbeat: "Like I Love You" by Amy Grant.

When do pieces of a broken heart mend again
Youve been crying in the dark
And youve been feeling alone
Dont be scared of what youll find
When you turn the light on

What sad memory of yesterday
What terrible scar

Keeps you gathering pieces of
Your shattered heart
There was once upon a time
When hope was living within
I know there will come a time
When you can believe again

The "sad memory" is Ricky... but the song is about learning to love again, learning to open your eyes and "turn the light on." :)

Every ride, good or bad, teaches you something new.

Giggling again for no reason-Alannis Morrisette.

It became my horse and my song after driving to the barn so many times, and it was playing on my MP3 player just about every trip. I guess it was just at that certain area on the player, and I would hear it on my way out...
