    Just do what the M.D. Says. An injured joint will never be the same, but you can learn how to live with it, and be close to pre injury .

    Of course I'm going to do what the doctor says....Plus now everyone and their dog knows I'm injured, so no way in hell they're going to let me back near a horse anytime soon.
