Spraying to control ticks and mosquitos around the yard

Last year was a total misery around here, when it wasn't to wet to ride the flying bloodsucking army was lying in wait to attack as a soon as we tried to ride, this was the cost of one practice test

This year we are equally wet, and when my arena, currently swap, reminder to self check for gators before venturing out there, actually dies out, it is going to be as bad.

I have seen this stuff advertised, Mosquito Repellent | Insect Repellent | Natural Mosquito Control by Mosquito Barrier has anyone tried it?

Can any one recommend a similar spray on product to treat garden, yard, roundpen, maybe some of the grazing area?
